In 1993, PA Online was founded as an Internet Service Provider, providing residential dial-up Internet and data backup services to Pennsylvania residents throughout the Keystone State. In following years, the company added a wide variety of technology solutions to its service offering to accommodate growing IT demands in the business sector. PA Online’s core business offerings included networking and server experience in addition to a seasoned NOC and call center.
In June 2009, Netrepid executed a management agreement with PA Online. At the time, the addition of the PA Online team to Netrepid allowed Netrepid to provide complete turnkey IT solutions – which it continues to do to this day. PA Online served as an invaluable addition to the Netrepid team, allowing it to grow its service offerings in dramatic fashion.
Effective May 2013, Netrepid acquired full ownership rights of PA Online.
